The south golf course stretches down to the coast and there are a number of apartments and villas that overlook the course. It is an ideal location for access to the international San Jose school, one of the key schools in the Marbella area.

Just adjacent to the school and overlooking the golf course there are some popular apartments that are always in high demand. They belong to a gated community with security and communal facilities. As you head further along this road you will come across some amazing detached villas, some of which are substantial properties with large mature gardens. To the west side of Guadalmina Baja, as you approach the hotel, as well as more beautiful villas, there are a number of urbanisations that are made up of traditional styled townhouses. Again, these properties are always in high demand and when they come up for sale, they are usually snapped up very quickly.

The property on this side of the coast road starts just opposite the commercial centre (where we are located). There are a number of townhouses just to the rear of the commercial centre and then as you head up towards the golf club, there are some established apartment complexes as well as a number of villas. Many of the original apartment developments are located within this section of Guadalmina and they are always popular with long-term renters. The streets close to the golf club are lined with villas, both traditional and modern in style. Up by the Barcelo Hotel you will find some more modern townhouses and villas, some of which overlook the large lake that is part of the cable ski facility, while others look out across the golf course.
